Return/Refund Policy

At Krumbled Sugar, we take pride in our baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with a perishable item, please notify us immediately and plan to return the uneaten portion within 24 hours. Please note that Krumbled Sugar does not accept returns based on flavor palate or textural preference. If we deem that the quality of the item does not meet Krumbled Sugar standards, we may provide a credit in the amount of the returned item for use toward a future consumable purchase. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Krumbled Sugar.

Custom Orders
For custom orders, Krumbled Sugar requires an initial 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to requested date of delivery/pick-up. Unfortunately, Krumbled Sugar is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. All custom baked items are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the premises. Krumbled Sugar is not responsible for any damage to the item due to transportation, setup or thereafter.

Order Cancellation Policy

Krumbled Sugar understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept cancellations by phone or email at (krumbledsugar@yahoo.com) , 5 business days before your event. All changes must be handled and confirmed by a person at Krumbled Sugar. Krumbled Sugar reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.pping

Shipping Policy

Krumbled Sugar ships nationwide weather permitting. We ship via FedEx Ground or USPS, and transit times vary depending on destination and weather. All orders are scheduled to ship one business day from the date of receipt (inventory permitting). NOTE: Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Standard deliveries are only made on weekdays.

Standard delivery via ground service typically takes 1-6 Business Days. If you wish, expedited service such as 2 Day (delivery within 2 Business Days), Next Day (delivery within one Business Day) are available for an additional charge.

We are unable to ship to PO box addresses.
